Welcome to www.nolimitstextiles.com (“the Site”), operated by Occupational Textiles Solutions LLC (“OTSLLC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our Sites. The Sites is an informational website and e-commerce store for products researched, developed, and manufactured by OTSLLC, or manufactured on our behalf in the United States.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders using reputable carriers (primarily USPS) within the United States and select international locations.

- Processing times are generally 1–3 business days.

- Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience but are not guaranteed.

- Once the order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to you.

- International customers are responsible for any customs delays or charges.

6. Exchanges & Refunds

6.1 Domestic Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

- Requests for either an exchange or refund must be made within 30 calendar days of the original order date via our Contact Us form.

- Returned items must be in their original condition. Items to be exchanged for a different size may be opened and worn. Both items for returns or exchanges must include original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Simply indicate on your Proof of Puchase document your reason for return.

- Ship to the address indicated below. For your protection we recommend that you use UPS or USPS Standard Ground Service.

-Unless the item is defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

- Certain items (e.g., final sale or custom-made products) are non-refundable.

- Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving your return.

6.2 International Exchanges & Refunds

- International customers' request for either an exchange or refund must be made within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery via our Contact Us form.

-Returned items must be returned in their original condition. Items to be exchanged for a different size may be open and worn. Both items for returns or exchanges must include original packaging and include proof of purchase.

-Ship to the address indicated below. For your protection we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

-Certain items (e.g. final sale or custom-made products) are non-refundable.

-Duties & Taxes: Original shipping fees, as well as any customs duties or taxes paid at the time of import, are non-refundable. If a return shipment incurs "Duty Due" upon re-entry to the U.S., these costs will be deducted from your final refund amount.

- Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving your return.

-Refused Deliveries: If an international shipment is refused by the customer due to customs charges, the refund will only be processed once the item is returned to us, minus all shipping and penalty fees incurred.

7. User Content & Reviews

If you submit reviews, comments, or other content to the Site, you grant OTSLLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and publish such content for promotional or operational purposes.
