Processing Time:

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping (USA):

Carrier: We primarily ship via USPS Standard Ground for domestic deliveries. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Estimated delivery times will be provided but are not guaranteed.

International Shipping:

We ship to select international locations. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs delays beyond our control.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

International customers are responsible for any customs delays, duties or associated charges and taxes applied to your order which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Risk of Loss & Missing Packages

Transfer of Liability: As stated in our Terms & Conditions, the risk of loss for all merchandise passes to the customer when we hand the package to the shipping carrier.

Missing Items: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim.
